Multi Grain Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water
    1/8 c. salt
    1 c. oil
    1 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    about 4 lb. all-purpose flour
    2 c. rolled oats
    1 c. rolled barley
    1 c. rolled wheat
    1 c. rolled rye
    3/4 c. gluten flour
    1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour

    All rolled oats can be used.
