Juanita Backus' Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can diced beets
Preparation
    Cook first 5 ingredients until thick; add butter and beets. Cook slow for about 10 minutes.
