Carciofi Imbottiti(Stuffed Artichokes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large artichokes
    1 c. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. grated cheese
    3 cloves chopped garlic
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    8 Tbsp. olive oil
    pinch of oregano
    1 c. beer
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon
    4 chopped anchovy fillets (optional)
Preparation
    Cut off tips of artichokes, about 1/2 to 3/4-inches.
    Remove outer leaves.
    Wash carefully.
    Tap on table to spread leaves apart.
    Shake out all water.
