Creamed Chipped Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. chipped beef
2 tsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook dried beef in butter until edges fizzle; blend in flour slowly.
Add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Add Worcestershire sauce, if desired, and a dash of pepper.
