Thousand Island Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 large head lettuce, shredded
    handful spinach, washed and torn
    1 sweet red onion, cut in rings
    3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    4 to 6 water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Toss the first 5 ingredients together.
    Combine remaining ingredients and add, tossing to blend.
