Baked Acorn Or Butternut Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    squash
    oil
    water
    small amount of brown sugar
Preparation
    Wash squash; halve and clean out seeds.
    Rub oil all over squash.
    Put in a shallow baking dish and add water to halfway of squash.
    Sprinkle a small amount of brown sugar over squash. Cover baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
