Jalapeno Cocktail Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Sprinkle peppers, onion and garlic in a well-greased 9-inch square pan.
    Cover with cheese.
    Pour eggs over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm.
    Cool and cut into 1-inch squares.
    Yields 6 dozen 1-inch squares.
