Harvest Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 whole eggs
6 lb. 10 oz. canned pumpkin
1 1/2 c. Equal sweetener
4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. caramel coloring
10 c. evaporated milk
8 tsp. vanilla extract
9-inch pie crusts (10 each)
Preparation

Mix eggs and pumpkin together.
Blend Equal, salt, spices and coloring.
Add to pumpkin; mix well.
Add milk and vanilla; mix well.
Portion filling into crusts.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until center is set, 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool completely.
