Texas Cowboy Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 clove garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (32 oz.) can Ranch-style beans
6 medium potatoes, diced
4 c. water
Preparation

Melt butter, add meat; brown thoroughly.
Add onions, celery, bell pepper, and garlic.
Add seasonings; stir well.
Add tomatoes, corn, beans and potatoes.
Bring to a boil; stir frequently.
Cover and cook till potatoes are tender.
