Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. pretzels, crushed
    1 1/2 stick butter, softened
    12 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 large package frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 large contained whipped topping
    1 large package. strawberry gelatin
    2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and sugar together and set aside.
    Mix pretzels and butter, press in 9 X 13 inch pan; bake 400 for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Spread cream cheese mixture over pretzels. Spread whipped topping over mixture and chill.
    Dissolve gelatin in hot pineapple juice; add the strawberries and allow to set slightly, pour over top of other layers.
    Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
