Barbara Anderson'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 jars junior size carrot baby food
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs until creamy. Add dry ingredients and mix carrots and nuts last.
    Pour into well-greased tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
