Pineapple Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. white corn syrup
3 large eggs, separated and well beaten
1 c. chopped pecans
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Cream thoroughly first five ingredients.
Blend in egg yolks and corn syrup.
Fold in pineapple and pecans.
Gently fold in well beaten egg whites.
Turn into pie shell and bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
