Cream Of Crab Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 qt. milk
    chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cube in water.
    Cook onion in butter until tender.
    Blend in flour and seasoning with butter and onion.
    Add milk to bouillon and gradually add to flour mixture.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add crab meat; heat.
    Garnish with parsley sprinkled over top if desired.
    Serves 6.
