Cheese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 c. melted margarine
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients while potatoes are partially frozen.
Put into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Melt 1/4 cup margarine and mix with 1/3 cup crushed cornflakes.
Spread on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
