Chicken Breast In Wine - cooking recipe

16 chicken breasts (8 whole)
1 medium onion
3 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
2 c. sherry
Preparation

Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Brown slowly in butter or oleo. Remove and place in covered baking dish.
Chop onion and brown in butter remaining in skillet. Add flour and mix well. Add mushrooms and juice, then wine.
Pour over chicken and cook at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
