Toasted Pecan Clusters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    3 c. pecan pieces
    12 oz. chocolate flavored candy coating (dark)
Preparation
    Melt butter in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
    Spread pecans evenly in pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
    Place candy coating in top of a double boiler.
    Bring water to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low; cook until coating melts. Cool 2 minutes.
    Add pecans and stir until coated.
    Drop by teaspoon on wax paper.
    Cool completely.
    Yields about 4 dozen.
