Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 onions, diced
    large can tomato paste
    29 oz. tomato sauce
    58 oz. water
    46 oz. tomato juice
    bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Brown beef, pepper and onions.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cook uncovered for 5 hours on low heat.
    Add water as desired.
