Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 2 to 3 large chicken breasts, boiled in salt water
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 small onion (optional)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender; skin and pick off bones.
    Chop up chicken.
    Spray Pam in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Put stuffing in dish and pour chicken broth over stuffing mix.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until brown.
