Potato Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large potatoes, grated
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. flour
Preparation

Stir together with fork and add 1 cup flour.
Drop by 1/4 teaspoon in boiling water.
Boil 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse in clear water.
Brown butter and pour over noodles.
Can be mixed with sweet cabbage or cottage cheese or served separate.
