Easy Cheese Filled Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. margarine
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix yeast, water and sugar; let stand for 10 minutes.
Add egg, slightly beaten.
Mix flour, salt and cut in margarine.
Add yeast mixture.
Mix and divide into 2 balls.
Roll out each ball into an 8 x 10-inch rectangle using extra flour.
Mix together cream cheese, sugar and lemon.
Place filling down the long 1/3 center of dough.
Fold up ends and fold sides over filling.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
