Deviled Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw peanuts (3 1/4 c.)
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    In 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish combine peanuts, oil, chili powder, salt and red pepper.
    Spread evenly in baking dish.
    Cook peanut mixture at High for 15 minutes, until toasted, stirring 4 times.
    Makes about 3 cups.
