Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. onion salt
    1 Tbsp. basil leaves, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 jar pepperoncini peppers (and juice)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    Mozzarella cheese
    hoagie buns
Preparation
    Place meat, seasonings, peppers and juice in crock-pot. Cover with water.
    Cook for at least 4 hours before you shred meat into small pieces.
    Cook for 2 more hours, until tender.
    Serve shredded meat on buns with cheese on top.
