*Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box graham crackers
2 boxes instant French vanilla pudding
8 to 10 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 to 2 cans chocolate icing
Preparation

Mix pudding and fold in Cool Whip.
Place layer of graham crackers, then layer of pudding mix.
Repeat, ending with graham crackers on top.
Frost the top with chocolate icing.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
