Broiled Fillet With Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices Fillet Mignon (3/4 inch thick)
    2 cans Campbell's double strength beef bouillon
    3 large tsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. sherry or cognac
Preparation
    Sauce: Mix
    garlic in small dish with olive oil and let stand. Place
    bouillon
    in
    uncovered
    saucepan and cook over medium-high heat
    until mixture is reduced to 1/2 the original amount.
    Add
    garlic mixture and sherry or cognac and continue to cook
    for
    10 minutes.
    Serve over steak (also very good on baked potatoes instead of butter).
