Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 egg yolk *
2/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
pinch of salt
Preparation

Stir sugar and cornstarch together, then combine all ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and clear.
