Quick 'N Easy Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. leftover mashed potatoes
1 c. flour
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
butter
onions, sliced or diced
Preparation

Mix
mashed
potatoes,\tflour,\tegg, salt and pepper to form a soft
dough.
Shape
into a rope and cut into 1/2-inch pieces. Drop
into boiling water and remove when pieces float to top.
Fry in butter with onions and serve.
