New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 Tbls. sugar
    3 Tbls. melted butter
    5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbls. flour
    1 Tbls. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix crumbs, 3 Tbls. sugar and melted butter in 9-inch spring form pan, bake 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer. Add sour cream mixing well, add eggs one at a time. Pour over crust. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until center is almost set. Cool before removing from pan and refrigerate.
