Maple Mashed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
4 sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and mashed

Preparation

Mix orange peel with mashed potatoes and place in a greased baking pan.
Mix butter with syrup and pour over top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
