Herb-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 new potatoes (about 2 lb.), cut in wedges
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, pressed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
    Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.\tSpread mixture evenly into a lightly greased, aluminum foil-lined 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tender.\tYield: 6 to 8 servings.
