My Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Crisco
    1 cake yeast
    10 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar and salt in 1 cup water. Heat and melt Crisco. Add other 2 cups water. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Put 9 cups of flour in big bowl and make a hole in center and put in water; mix well. Put last cup flour on table and knead dough well until no longer sticky. Put back in bowl and cover. Let rise until doubled. Make into buns and let rise until doubled again. Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
