Baked Country Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 13 lb. ham
    ginger ale
    2 qt. apple juice
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Soak ham in cold water, changing water twice in 24 hours. Scrub ham and trim fat.
    Place in baking dish and pour ginger ale over ham until you have approximately 1-inch in pan.
    Pour 2 quarts apple juice over ham and baste with brown sugar.
    Bake for 1/2 hour at 450\u00b0 and then turn oven to 375\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours.
