Butter Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box 10x sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 tsp. flavoring oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. boiling water
    food coloring
Preparation
    Cream the butter and add sugar until mixture gets stiff.
    Add boiling water, one tablespoon at a time.
    Add oil and food coloring. Continue adding sugar.
    Mixture should be fairly stiff. Mold in candy molds or roll out and cover with melted chocolate, then cut into pieces.
