Caviar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 or 3 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 oz. caviar, drained (red or black)
    Melba toast rounds
    parsley
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese and add mayonnaise, onion, Worcestershire sauce and lemon.
    Spread in center of plate about 1-inch thick. Sprinkle with chopped eggs, then onion and make an outer circle of parsley with caviar in center.
    Serve with toast rounds.
