Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean ground beef, drain off part of grease
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    3 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
    3 or 4 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. ground or crushed cumin
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    3 c. water
    3 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans or kidney beans
Preparation
    Cook beef, green pepper, onions and garlic until beef is lightly browned.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and let simmer for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Makes about 4 quarts.
