Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, drained and mashed
    1/4 stick oleo
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. onion, grated (sauteed, optional)
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, mashed real fine
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together. Bake about 35 minutes at 300\u00b0.
