White Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. butter
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    pinch of soda
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. lemon
    1/2 lb. cherries
    1/2 lb. pineapple
    1/2 lb. white raisins
    1 small can coconut
    1/2 qt. pecans
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour mixture into a greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for about 4 hours.
