Granny'S Steak And Onion Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 finely chopped onion
    oil
    flour
    water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut steak into 3-inch pieces. Roll in flour and fry. In leftover oil, add flour until slightly thick. Cook until golden brown. Add onions and cook until they are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add water until gravy reaches desired thickness. Add fried steak and simmer for 30 minutes.
