Cranberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh cranberries
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. shortening, melted
vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Spread cranberries in a well-greased 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle cranberries with 2/3 cup sugar and nuts.
In a bowl, beat eggs, adding 1 1/4 cups sugar gradually.
Add flour, butter and shortening and beat well.
Pour mixture over cranberries and bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
(Place a cookie sheet under pie plate for leakage.)
Serve warm with ice cream.
