Stuffed Potato Skins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 baked potatoes
1 lb. bacon
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Bake 8 potatoes in microwave until tender.
Cut in quarters. Scoop out some of the potato.
Dab margarine on each section that has been placed in baking dish.
Sprinkle sections with salt and pepper.
Fry bacon until crisp; crumble over potato sections and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serves 4.
