Roasted Chicken Legs With Zucchini - cooking recipe

6 large chicken legs
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. butter
2 medium-sized zucchini, sliced thinly
1/2 c. water or broth
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Sprinkle the chicken parts with salt and pepper.
Brush them with melted butter and place them, uncut side down, on a rack in a large metal baking pan.
Roast for 30 minutes.
Turn over and roast for another 20 to 25 minutes.
