Tasty 'N Tender Round Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. round steak, cut in serving size pieces
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Trim excess fat from meat.
Combine flour, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
Use to coat meat.
Save remaining flour mixture. Melt shortening in skillet and brown meat on both sides.
Push meat to one side. Stir in remaining flour mixture.
