Yum Yum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
    2 2/3 c. (2 pkg.) Baker's Angel Flake coconut
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip nondairy whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix as directed on package; add 1 1/3 cups of coconut after beating.
    Bake in greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan; cool on rack.
    Place on serving tray.
