Mushroom And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    5 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter or margarine for 5 minutes or until onion is clear.
    Stir in bread cubes and Cheddar cheese. Pour into greased glass casserole dish.
    Microwave on Medium-high for 10 minutes or bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
