Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon jello
    3 2/3 c. hot water
    1 c. diced celery
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. cooked small shrimp
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Add vinegar and salt.
    Chill until it begins to set.
    Fold in the rest of the ingredients. Turn into mold; chill to firm.
    Serve on lettuce; garnish with tomatoes.
    Serves 10.
