Brunch Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    6 strips bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
    4 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. chopped mushrooms (optional)
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    3 green onions, diced
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy, then add cornstarch, cream, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
    Beat briskly.
    Fold in cheese, bacon, onions and mushrooms.
    Pour into 9-inch pie crust.
    Dribble the melted butter over the top and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
