Lumpia - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. shrimp
2 small carrots
1 stick celery
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 onion
soy sauce to taste
1 egg
1/4 tsp. Accent
1 box lumpia shells
Preparation

Put all ingredients except pork in blender.
Chop ingredients very fine.
Mix in large bowl with pork.
Place mixture in small portions in lumpia shells.
Wrap.
Fry in half their depth of very hot oil.
Cook over low heat until shells are brown and crispy. Makes about 50.
