Rhubarb Crunch (1) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix until crumbly: flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, brown sugar and melted butter. Press 1/2 of mixture into greased 9 inch baking pan.
Cover with 4 c. diced rhubarb or apples. Sprinkle on a dash of salt or baking soda over rhubarb before sauce is poured on to take away the tart taste.
