Margaret'S Sausage Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped peppers
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1 lb. sausage
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 c. Carnation milk (canned)
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry peppers, onions and sausage together on medium heat.
    Add the remaining ingredients, turn stove to low and stir until thickened.
    Use your own pastry or Hungry Jack biscuits.
    One biscuit will make enough for four.
    Then fill small pastry shells. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is brown.
    Use small muffin tins for pastry shells.
