Tofu Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. tofu
1/4 c. shredded carrots
2 Tbsp. minced green onion
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
1/4 c. quick oats
2 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. yeast flakes
Preparation

Drain and mash tofu.
Combine ingredients and mix well. Form into burgers and bake at 350\u00b0 on sprayed cookie sheet for 30 to 45 minutes, turning when golden brown.
Serves 4.
