Orange-Blossom Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. salad oil or melted shortening
2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine egg, sugar, orange juice and salad oil; add biscuit mix and beat vigorously 30 seconds.
Stir in marmalade and pecans. Grease muffin pans or line with paper baking cups; fill 2/3 full. Sprinkle with Spicy Topping.
Bake muffins in oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Makes 14 muffins.
